My boyfriend and I went to Ivan's on a suggestion from a person we met at our resort. The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, the sunset was amazing. I just recommended this place to someone who's going to Negril.

May 2-9 me and some friends visit Negril again and finally made it to Ivan's up on the cliff. The place was beautiful the setting was gorgeous the sunset was lovely but the food was simple the best:-) . It was so good we went back the next day for dinner again.
This is the restaurant at Catcha Falling Star. Both my boyfriend and I enjoyed our dinner very much and it was very romantic. I really enjoyed the fish cakes and the jerk shrimp. The curried shrimp was also good, but the best and one of my favorites from the trip was the escovitch snapper...delicious!
We loved the food, the atmosphere, the servers. You can't go wrong. If you get tired for jerk chicken with rice, you will love it here!
Great food, very pleasant servers, excellent drinks!! One of the chefs, a female (Shelly) was working that night and she did wonders with the food. The Hurricane snapper and chicken were really tasty. The girl who waited our table did a fabulous job and the drinks were superb. Time well spent.
We stayed at Catch a Falling Star for a week in April. It was my first trip to Jamaica and enjoyed every moment. Ivan's was delightful. We started the day with a great brunch (tried almost everything on the menu). My favorite was the banana pancakes! And we had several dinner meals. It was great to not have to go...

Hubby and I enjoyed the convenient location and good food since we re staying at Catcha. Also enjoyed the 100 candles private dinner cliffside on one of our evenings. Food was very good and freshly prepared. Drinks were also unusual and well-made! The staff was fantastic.
Unbelievable. We were told to go to Ricks for the sunset- DON'T! Catcha Falling Star is on the same side, with the same view, with NO fat crazy people crowding the see the sunset. We wish we had started here first. Service is amazing- food in beyond incredible! We were all amazed!
The staff is warm and friendly (and nice looking). The food is wonderful. The dog (ben) is friendly too. If you lodge there, the accomidations are quite nice as well.Close to everything in Negril.
Good food, good view, very poor service. Wasn't just the service though. They were out of a lot of food for the dishes and wait time was over an hour. Would go for drinks but not to dine again. Could of just been a bad night and section we were placed in. Good luck to all that go.
