Enjoyed the atmosphere very much for this lovely restaurant. Food wasn't as good as expected, though. Patio a bit buggy.

1. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff 2. Lobster was prepared decently 3. Risotto was prepared okay but it was made with too much cream and truffle oil (less is more here guys) 4. Asparagus was great but the prosciutto wrapping was a little low quality
I was disappointed. The location and décor are very nice, and the staff efficiently move us inside when a thunderstorm forced us off the lovely porch. But the food was heavy and over-sauced. My mushroom risotto was too rich to eat. I'd be willing to try again in search of lighter fare.
This was the best meal I had on the island. Three of us had the caribbean lobster with crab risotto and it was fabulous. We had the dates and raviolis for an appetizer, the raviolis were good but they were upstaged by the dates. Dessert was good, as well. Service was excellent (thanks Katey!) and I liked the setting. It...

My husband and I visited the Next Course for our anniversary. The decor was fabulous, comfortable and eye pleasing. My husband had the lobster wrapped around asparagus with risotto placed in the lobster shell (nice presentation) and I had the yellowfin tuna atop riscotto and a mound of spinach (nice presentation) again. The server was pleasant and knowledge of the...

We had read the reviews of Next Course and looked forward to the visit. Three of the four parties in our group had the lobster and risotto. Preparation and quality was outstanding. Service was excellent and the view from the dining room and deck are lovely. Next Course lived up to the reviews. It is expensive. Reservations are a good...

My wife and I had dinner at the Next Course based on the TripAdvisor reviews. I was particularly interested in the Lobster and truffled risotto. Good choice! My wife ordered the yellow fin special. We split the tuna tartar and dates appetizers. The dates were stuffed with blue cheese, wrapped in very thin bacon with a balsamic sauce. Since my...

The Hand Cut port chop was excellent. The wait staff is attentive and prices extremely reasonable for the level of food quality and service
This was our second time at Next Course in the past year. We found it to be just as good as last time. The appetizers, salads and entrees were delicious. Dessert could have been better- it sounded good- but didn't deliver. Love the outdoor deck with the lights in the trees. Great wait staff. You won't go wrong!
Going off the recommend from the chef of Marmalade in Old San Juan, we had high expectations. To say they were met, is putting it mildly: the Tuna Tartare served on a fried avocado, yes, fried avocado, and the buttered lobster and the perfectly cooked filet - we hardly spoke to each other - wishing to only roll the flavors...
