“Beautiful & Refreshing Ambience complimented by Delicious dishes”

We (family of 6) came back from hiking the Soufriere and was amazed to find this restaurant/Hotel nestled in a quiet, majestic location. The staff was friendly, food was beyond words and the ambience was simply breathtaking. This was a Fantastic surprise and will definitely come back!!

We stayed at Fond Doux in March, 2013 over Easter weekend and had dinners at the Jardin Cacao, we were delighted with the choices available, the menu changes daily and the food is wonderful. Staff is terrific, we highly recommend Jardin Cacao, you won't be disappointed.

“Pretty good - nice service, beautiful location”

We hit this on our way back from hiking the pitons. Great service and nice location. The food was a pretty good value. We had some decent Rotis and hamburger. Value was better than many of the resort restaurants on the island. Food was good, not great.

We stayed at Fond Doux in February 2013 for 7 nights and for four of those nights we chose to eat at the Jardin Cacao rather than going elsewhere because the food was lovely. “Great great food in a charming location”

Great food, great variety - fresh fruits and vegetables and large drinks menu. We stayed at Fond Doux for a week with an all-inclusive pass, and were pleasantly surprised when the menus changed every night of the week. Thank you again, Fond Doux, for giving us such a wonderful all-around experience!

This is by far my favorite restaurant in St.Lucia. I have breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was superior. I cant wait to go back!!! everyone was very friendly. this is a great place for families but most of all very romantic.
