We had been looking for somewhere to get some local cuisine and this was recommended by a taxi driver. He was spot on. The place sits right on the front at Souferia and looks like a wooden shack/bar. I had a chicken salad and the steak in a pepper creole sauce. My wife had a ceasar salad and a Penne... More

Beware - All of the taxi drivers and hotel concierge will tell you this is a great place for "local" food. What they mean is this - It's a relatively safe spot for tourists who might feel uncomfortable being harassed by locals, which is a concern in the town of Soufriere. The food was unreasonably priced. Don't bother coming here... More

This is a great restaurant right on the front over looking the sea. The food is Carribean style, well cooked, extremely tasty and generous portion size. A great place for a snack at lunch, dinner or just a drink.

We chose Petit Peak because of the location on the seafront with the most perfect view of the sunset, and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful food and fantastic service. We ate hearty fish dishes and plenty of delicious run cocktail to the unforgettable site of the Soufriere sunset. Tip: book a sunset view table in advance and get the... More

It was lovely to bump into this little gem while in the town centre at Soufriere. Great location, local feel, laid back and very importantly good food. We had some accras followed by chicken and fish roti, all delicious. My kind of place!

Another example of island home cooking, the fresh salad starters were particulary good and the service was friendly

I had dinner at the Le petit peak twice, even ordered the same food (Chicken Roti, a local dish) both times, because I enjoyed it so much. Really good food, the price (I ordered from the lunch menu) was pretty good and the owner of the restaurant is very friendly. Thank you for the nice chat the other night. :)... More

Right at the port in the centre of town. Food is fine and fair priced. Local hastlers may contact you if you sit to the parking lot

Sitting at an open window, looking across the bay at one of the Piton peaks, eating wild Yard Bird in a creole sauce, is one of the highlights of our week in St Lucia. Very local, very ordinary but so essentially St Lucian and non-touristy its a great break from tourist oriented dining rooms.
