Went to Jade and it was excellent. Service, quality and atmosphere can not be beaten! Make the trip and you will be glad you did.

We had a fabulous dinner at Jade Mountain! When we first called, we could not get a reservation because they said they were full but agreed to put us on their wait list. Then the conceirge for our villa called and we got a 6:30 reservation. (Interestingly, the restaurant was never full when we were there for over 2 hours.)... More

The fresh fish is often exotic and the preparation of the vegetables and fruits from their own organic farm is excellent. If you purchase an all-in plan, all mixed drinks are included, both here and on the beach and at the other restaurants of the resort. However wine is limited to a few decent reds and whites.

We signed up for MAP (breakfast and dinner) while staying at the Jade Mountain Resort. We are early eaters – breakfast at 7am and dinner at 6:30pm. At breakfast, we were the only ones. Amazing views - fab service - the food was wonderful - nature all around. The boat transfer was more pleasant than the car transfer to and from the airport - you get to see the wonderful mix of coastline.

The food was great quality (which is not always the case in the Caribbean) and the half board option was definitely the way to go. Service was slow but with the views to distract you who cares.
