We stayed at this hotel and ate here our first night. I was very impressed and found the food to be delicious! I was skeptical since it was a "hotel restaurant" but found my meal to be very well prepared and tasty. Dining directly over the water was also beautiful!

French restaurant, French service,attention and enthusiasm were abundant. Staff was lovely. Food delicious whether breakfast, lunch or for dinner. For example salad Nicoise, lobster salad, grilled lobster, local fish,delicious desserts like tart tatin or pineapple tart. On top of all this restaurant is right on the water with great views of the ocean

This is a wonderful café for breakfast, lunch or dinner on a deck. While recently in St Martin ate there 3 times and loved it. Also has a beautiful view of the beach and great for snorkeling just a few steps away.
