I've been to Bamboo numerous times mainly for drinks and appetizers vs a full dinner. The atmosphere is very classy; definately not somewhere I would go in jeans and a t-shirt. Nice ambiance with low lighting and soft music. The sushi is pretty good though I prefer Yoshi's or Thai Orchid if I'm in a sushi mood. However, the drinks... More

A quaint restaurant about 3 miles from our East End condo - the service was great and the food was excellent!

What used to be a favorite restaurant on the island is closed. It used to be our first and last night. Sadly the renovation and changes that were recently made, did not have the same vibe as the old Bamboo and we, along with many of our friends, were very disappointed with the new product. Bring back something like the... More

Great food. The volcano roll was different from any we have had and it was worth going back for a second meal. Highly recommended!

Okay....this restaurant is incredible. If you like scallops you will be begging the chef for their recipe for the scallops served here. They are served on their shell and have been baked in a sauce that is so creamy and delicious.....the scallops fall apart in your mouth. Service is impeccable and reservations are required, as it can be rather busy... More

Had diner there while in the Caymans. It was recommended by our bar tender at our resort but we were not that impressed. The food was just ok and not a great selection if you are looking for rolls. I would definitely recommend the sushi restaurant at the Ritz.

We stumbled across this place while walking. We walked in with no reservations and got seated right away. The service was great and the food is very good. We had some sushi and drinks. Very reasonable pricing.

We went there with a few friends and we walked in and instantly knew we were in the right place - the atmosphere was sleek and modern. We ordered several of their special rolls and we all ate them so fast we had to order more. The waitress also suggested the baked scallops. They were outstanding. Great sushi - great... More

It was good. But when they say "spicy", they really mean it!

Love the sushi and great little seating areas. Nice bar location too and don't miss out the Friday night DJ!
