After reading the reviews of the fish tacos, I convinced my family to take the short walk from the Ritz to the Sunshine Suites for dinner. The staff was fantastic and so pleasant. The appetizers were great and the tacos were out of this world. I would go here everyday if I could :)

Sunshine Grill can simply not be beat. Lying around the pool of the Sunshine Suites, it is no looker. However, do not judge a book by its cover. We came here because it was the #1 recommended restaurant. It's very casual, which is nice. Very friendly wait staff. Great shrimp tacos. We sat poolside. Lovely! We would go back next time we travel to the Cayman Islands.

This is my third review of this restaurant in four years. Tonight was not even close to what they used to be. The service is friendly as always but the food was average at best.
