The food selections were great. The portions were large. We dined as a party of 2 and walked in without reservations because all other restaurants seems to have openings. We go the last table for 2. Salad-lots of choices and excellent appetizers-some big enough for dinner main dishes-lots of seafood options which seem to be their main focus dessert-the items... More

Incredible Sunday brunch with sparkling wine. Incredible raw bar, carving station, salads and dessert. The service was wonderful, the sparking was always full during the course of the meal. If you are in Grand Cayman it is something not to be missed for two around $100.

We went with a party of six. All had seafood. Server and manager both were very charming. The ceviches were very good. The restaurant had an eclectic mix of Argentinian, Asian, Mexican and Island fare. Somehow they pulled it off.

This is a relatively new restaurant on Grand Cayman Island. Seafood dishes were fabulous! Great appetizers and salads also. Service was warm and friendly, and the ambience was gracious and relaxed. We loved it!

To be honest this place doesn't give away much from the outside, BUT the food and service is excellent. The staff are fabulous and very attentive with younger family members and spent time answering our children's questions about the menu and made them feel very special and grown up - thank you! : ) Our food was delicious. Service was... More

Beautiful atmosphere; friendly service; and excellent food. We arrived at Agua on our first evening on Grand Cayman: hot, tired, hungry, under-dressed, and without a reservation. We were greeted as if we were local celebrities who always had a table and given a choice of a table outside with an option to move inside if something came available, or wait... More

If it comes to Ceviche, here you get the largest variety. Also available spoon size for a great tasting experience. Certainly also the largest seafood variety we got across. Quality is very good. What definitely we're gonna miss is the service: very individual, attentive, and eager to satisfy all your wishes instantaneously. We will miss this!

We chose Agua initially based on a menu that seemed to take interesting liberties on the typical fish and seafood choices that virtually every restaurnat on Grand Cayman offers. To be sure, we stopped by the strip mall, rechecked the menu and, still feeling confident about our choice, confirmed our on-line reservation (there were very few in the book so... More

We ate here on our last night in Grand Cayman and figured we'd blow it out a bit. The menu here is a bit different - eclectic - fantastic seafood - (wife got local caught mahi mahi, I had local tuna), they also have some pasta (daughter had lobster with mushroom ravioli) and interesting list of cerviche and the peruvian...
