We had lunch here---very many choices, lots of salads, they serve bread, cocktails that are great, many seafood items as well as chicken and burgers for the non-seafood folks. This is a good choice in Camana Bay.

We are visiting from Chicago & have been to all of Michael Schwartz restaurants in Miami and now this one in Grand Cayman.
It was terrific ! The pork belly was tender & juicy. My husband had the pork loin and I had the half chicken which was the best chicken I have ever had. For dessert we had a...

It's worth a trip to the Camana Bay mall just to experience this place. I had the Lion Fish sandwich and my wife had the pulled pork. Both were very good but what really stood out was the Michael's beer, dessert in a jar, and the extraordinary service.
Adriana was superb. She made us feel at home. When we told...

Loved eating at Michaels Genuine in Miami so we were so excited to eat here in Grand Cayman. Wow...what a huge difference. The food was sub par. Service was good. The bill was way too high! So I suggest you try somewhere else- so many wonderful spots on the island but this one is just YUK.
We picked Michael's for lunch while shopping at Camana Bay (see separate review) because we could get away from fish, fish and more fish with salads and lighter choices. Our waitress was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and we still had a nice view of all the comings and goings at this popular mixed-use commercial center.
We had dinner at Michael's and expected great things. The menu was creative and complete. We really enjoyed our appetizers, but were slightly disappointed with our main courses.
This place, though off the beaten path, is very different fare than others in GC. We had the two types of pizza with exotic cheeses, escarole and sausage. I also had the baba ganoush on homemade naan bread. The wine list is excellent as well. All in all a good time. It also overlooks a small water park so the...

Popped in for a few beers and some appetizers. Finally remembered to try their 'house beer' - Michael's Home Brew. Was a bit skeptical as I'm a typical British 'ale snob' but it's really good stuff - for any homesick British expats out there it reminded me a lot of a pint of 'golden' - very refreshing and not too...

We really enjoyed our lunch recently at Michael's Genuine. We came in a little early, and even though they weren't technically open yet, they were happy to seat us and give us water until they finished the meeting they were having in the front.
All four of us enjoyed our meals - - I had the falafel and it was...

The music, the view overlooking a gorgeous and lighted waterpark with a canal in the background, all exceed expectations but the kitchen disappointed big time. I tried a variety of small plates, hoping for excitement. There was NONE!
I tried pig ears, croquet style stuffed potatoes (recommended by the waiter), chili chicken wings that were downright awful and fresh tomato...
