My first taste of Angelos back in 2011 wasn't all that impressive. The food was good, service satisfactory and overall experience probably 7/10. I visited the restaurant again a few weeks ago and was thoroughly satisfied with my dinner experience! Angelos is definitely a place to visit if you like the taste of 'home cooked' italian, alot more authentic than... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding anniversary dinner at Angelos. We try to have this special dinner in a unique city/country and a special restaurant every year. We have rarely been disappointed and certainly not this year.

Went Angelo's just yesterday for the first time. Immediately I am greeted with friendly and I must say professional staff along with listening to Pavarotti singing some famous arias. The service was excellent with the staff coming to our table at the right time and anticipating everything we asked for. The meal was way delicious: I had the lobster bisque... More

I've have been hearing about Angelo s since 4evr. And since I do like me some Italian food, I finally made it (no, I have not been under a rock, just not in Trinidad at any time whr "dinner at Angelos" was on the schedule). That being said, the food was great! but! There were a couple Christmas dinner gatherings... More

Enjoyed the food but did not like the way the chef/owner came too often to chat (or be praised?). Tables were also a bit too close to each other.

The owner of Angelo's was the executive chef of Il Colosseo a number of years ago. I have had Angelo's food for the past 20 odd years and his standard has never dropped. Excellent Italian food. I love the escargot and the tiramisu! I had scallops as the main course and they literally melted in my mouth. A bottle of... More

We have visited Trinidad frequently and have dined at Angelo's a few times. When the restaurant first opened the food was delicious, encouraging repeat visits. Between last year and this year we found the food taste has declined so much so that we will give this hotel a rest. Table seatings too close not allowing intimate setting. Service delayed, although... More

Whilst on holiday in Trinidad after the carnival, we celebrated my 70th here. The service and food was first class. Since we ordered a glass of champagne to start, we were asked what were we celebrating. To our amazement after dinner they had made a small cake with a candle and Happy Birthday scrolled in chocolate round the dish. A... More

Our party of 3 went here on a Tuesday night. Even without a reservation, we were seated immediately. They were out of several dishes in the menu, but we did make selections that we liked. The plates took an exceptionally long time to aoear. Once we started, though, the serviefs were constantly there - refilling wine glasses too soon, trying... More
