I look forward to my return to Cable Beach in a few weeks. I stayed at Wyndam 2 years ago and when I found Capriccio, I ate dinner here each evening. I always had the catch of the day with pasta. Manny was always attentive without being obtrusive and it was an extra treat when his wife came in. I... More

A great little corner of Italy awaits in The Bahamas ! Who would have thought !?! The best Linguini Almare I ever had and my wife relished the gnocchi. The tiramisu was delicious as well. Well worth the cost of the cab.

We ate at this restaurant on our first night in Nassau (not too far from our hotel - that was a plus we thought). I began eating my grouper when I thought I saw something that didn't belong. I picked through my fish and sauce and found it to be a red string. I pulled it out and placed it... More

I have eaten here many times. It is located actoos the road from Sandals Hotel Cable Beach. The food is great and not to expensive. Normally I would bring wine and they would serve it on ice. I have never met in there crowded. It's a great place to eat and talk. They served delicious garlic bread before every meal.... More

Capriccio is said to be the oldest Italian restaurant in Nassau. I can understand why. Authentically prepared Italian food served in casual surroundings at fair prices. That's a recipe for long term success. First a lowlight. Salad, Caesar style, can be kinda limp and uninspired. The rest of the food, however, is terrific. This is the closest version I've found... We went to cappricco and was greeted by two servers standing out on the road. We asked immediately for fans to be turned on as it was very hot. Twenty mins later I asked again as we never say our waitress only twice through out our visit, I waited 20 mins for my second beer and my pasta dish consisted... More

Walking distance, reasonable prices, nice staff and good service. Food was excellent... Caprese salad was very good. I forgot my purse on a chair with everything in it and of course was beside my self looking for it the next day.... Checking all the most recent places we had been, we went back to the restaurant, but it was not... More

Service was great. Food was delicious. It's a quick walk from the Cable Beach hotels. My favorite part was the owner's mother who was still "supervising" the kitchen. She was precious.

We went twice to Capriccios during the week we stayed in Nassau, and both times the food and service were outstanding. Most of the best restaurants on the island are Italian, but we found Capriccio to be a great combination of menu choices, food quality, portion sizes, service, and price. The wine prices were the best we found on the... More

We visited on a Friday night around 8:30pm. The place was packed and there was a large table of 20 people, so the service was very slow. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and thought it was pretty good. My husband ordered the grouper covered in a lemon/tomato sauce and he didn't like his dish. He said the fish was a... More
