The food (especially the fried conch) is really good. Angela will take your order inside and I recommend sitting outside at the picnic tables. The key lime pie is very good too. We eat here whenever we go to Harbour Island. I've never eaten there for dinner, only lunch, so I can't speak to the evening atmosphere. At lunch, we...

Went for lunch on a rainy day. We ordered Lobster Salad, Fried Grouper with Rice, Peas and Salad. We are really happy and satisfied with the food. It's frequented by locals, visitors to the island should give this place a try :) I guarantee you'll love it :)
Casual, eat in or take out. Neighborhood restaurant...fresh fish, peas and rice. Entrees under $20 compared to 40+ for most Harbour Island restaurants.
We walked up to the counter and wrote our order down on a piece of paper. They were out of rice and peas and potato salad, but that was the only problem. Went here towards the end of the evening and it was quite quiet, but if you want proper Bahamian food this is an excellent choice. Food was very good and some of the art work and signs on the wall quirky, entertaining and "different". Top place. I'd go back.
If you want to eat where the locals eat...Angela's is the place! Great food, casual service, and simply the best family owned restaurant in the Out-Islands. Sally (daughter) cooks, Angela handles the money, Tommy (son) is security/greeter (not that it is needed by any means as the island is extremely safe), and Vincent (father) does the landscaping and maintenance!
Food was tasteful, hot, and excellent. We ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The staff were very nice and personal. Felt like home!
My husband is from North Carolina and loves fried chicken - Angela's passed his test with flying colors. Very casual restaurant, the interior is not super appealing but the front lawn has several tables for eating. Two fried chickens and fries lunches, with some conch fritters (which were just okay) was about $25.
We stopped by for lunch looking for a local spot to eat. Friendly service and the rice and peas were delicious. We also had the lobster sandwich and of course the conch. Everything was tasty and priced well compared to the rest of the island.
