The ceviche was very good but my seared tuna was a bit too salty. Prices were okay. It's a touristy spot, so you'll see children selling chewing gum and street artists.

This unpreposessing restaurant & bar is on the pedestrian walkway off the Malecon. They seem to have a daily M$99 special for comida, with selected items from the main menu.
