We've been to this place several times, and only now writing a review.. We were here the first time in 2008, and several more times recently.. This place is great.. It can be a bit 'formal' as many business people visit here, so you might keep that in mind to dress a little bit more than 'casual' although not required..... More

We had friends to TJ that have never experienced Tj for fine dining Saverios did not disappoint!!! The yellow tuna was perfect as well as the steaks. Great seafood also. Our friends to pictures of the incredible presentations. Great fine dining experience!!! Can't get this quality and presentation at twice the price in the USA.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Villa Salverios. Because Mision 19 was closed on the night we tried to go, I am unable to draw a comparison, though it has the same owners. The food is mexican/italian. My son, who is a foodie and resides in TJ, states that this restaurant has the best Caesar's locally, better than Caesar's restaurant,... More

I went to Saverios for the first time Thursday and the prices were similar to less fancy places I've been to in San Diego. My relative who is from Tijuana told me a lot of high people in government go here and the level of dress showed. We were the only guys not in suits when we went. They didn't... More

This was TJ version of the upscale, Saturday night restaurant in your hometown or suburb -- the place you can count on for a lovely evening. The food was very good, the restaurant was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Saverios is not, however, a live changing gastronomic experience. Try the sword fish. It's excellent. One caution: tile floors, bare... More

Wow what a place, very nice ambience , great service from staff well prepared food. I had the lamb chops ...mmmm. Wine freindly BYOB, if something unique that is not on their extensive list please. in my case Our 20111 vintage dry Moscato (Vinicultores Carnalla-Villafan Mosec) and 2010 OriXen Cab great pairing with those chops!

Most travelers to Tijuana have no idea that it's become a gastronomic destination and Villa Saverios is at the top of the list of good, world-class restaurants. It's the flagship of the Plasencia family restaurants - Giuseppi's, Casa Plasencia, Erizo, Café Saverios, Caesars, etc. - The executive chef, Manuel Brito, does excellent work and he's always on-site supervising. The ambiance... More

I like the atmosphere, and the food is also good. The service is very professional. The wine list is more than adequate and it seems to be the place to be seen in TJ.

By far our favorite restaurant in Tijuana - maybe in all of the region. Mediterranean cuisine with the best service you will ever encounter. Prices are very reasonable compared to five star dining in San Diego. Valet parking makes you feel more secure. It is the place to see and be seen among Tijuana locals. Don't miss the margaritas, beef... More
