When in Cancun, don't try to be an American and eat at Ruth Chris's steak house. Outside of being ungodly expensive (our dinner for 3 was $400 including the tip), the lobster was well over cooked and rubbery and the steak unflavorable and over cooked. I have never been to a restaurant where a glass of mediocre Merlot cost $19.

We visited this restaurant twice in May. Was fantastic especially the sweet potato with pecan nuts.. The service was very good, quite expensive, but you get what you pay for! Would definitely recommend.
