I went here twice - the food was amazing - very fresh, very tasty, big portions. The service was great as well.

Came here for dinner was pleasantly surprised by the menu. I used to live in Miami where Cuban food is king and there were some items there like the Elena Ruth and the cuban sandwich on there. Great drinks, Mojitios of course. Also had a nice sandwich where instead of bread fried plantains were used. Very innovative. I enjoyed my...

I went to experience this restaurant as I was conveniently located near the area & had heard numerous good things about the food. Being 1/2 Cuban I have certain expectations. Much to my dismay this restaurant, did NOT even begin to know what Cuban food should taste like let alone be cooked. I went for an early dinner, around 7:30pm...

The tostones con ropa vieja are amazing. Expect a small plate gourmet appetizer. Best dish on la isla IMO. Must try while on the island.
The camarones criollos were incredible as well. My wife enjoyed the sandwich trio with sweet potato chips.
The mojitos were large, well priced, and delicious. Though I want to try many restaurants on this trip...

Loved the pulled pork sandwhich! The food was hot, the staff friendly, and the meat had wonderful flavor.
I did not like the food at this restaurant :( My friends got sandwiches for dinner and very little fries on the side. They did not like the food. The drinks were ok. Margaritas and Mojitos
Qubano ended up being one of our favorite meals on the island. We actually are there twice in a our one week visit. Yum! Try the tostone and the Hungarian potatoes. You will not regret it!
Based on the other reviews here, we drove our golf cart to the northern end of the island to try out the Cuban fare. It was well worth the trip. Kathy had their turkey sandwich, sweet potato chips, yoko (?) fries, and iced tea. I had their special grouper, and a mojito. All of the food was delicious, as were...

This is our 3rd visit to Isla Mujeres and have eaten at Qubano 3 times! It was always our standby for excellent sandwiches but the added dinner menu is even better. I'm a professional chef of almost 25 years an it takes a lot to impress me but Vivian and her kitchen never fail to wow me with homey flavors...

we loved this place! food is delicious, you have to try the hungarian potatos and I suggest to try the sampler versions of both burgers and sandwiches. They're all good but this way you will try a bit of everyone and choose you favorite. Mojitos are GREAT and Vivian, the owner, is a wonderful cuban lady that will make your...
