Buganbillia has moved twice. But in its present location at the Hotel Casa Linda, Mesones 101, across from the Angela Peralta theater, the courtyard is very pleasant, and the food delicious. Nice outdoor dinning in the coutyard. Lots of local dishes, they even had 3 versions of chillis negado. Good margarita's, a guitar player all in a nice intimate setting.

Loved this place for years for traditional cuisine and lovely ambiance. It's moved and it's changed--not at all one of the best. Ordinary food, ESP as compared to the many new places in recent years.
