We were very disappointed with this restaurant. We were looking forward to an imaginative meal of high quality seasonal ingredients. The only seasonal ingredient was soft shell crab which was prepared in a fairly mundane way. The other ingredients, beef, scallops, shrimp, tough lobster tail, sea bass...were not particularly seasonal nor prepared in an interesting or cohesive way. A good tasting menu... More

Food = average Environment = depressing No view at all. Located in the middle of a residential area. I can bet you can find a much better place in Cabo. It is a wanna be fusion restaurant with a wanna be chef. Go anywhere else! I am writing this review while dinning. I will stop writing because I am falling... More

A truly delightful dining experience. If you are expecting large amounts of food this isn't for you. This restaurant is about savor ing tastes of delightfully prepared foods. The restaurant is set amongst traditional style beautiful homes in San Jose Del Cabo. The view is lovely. Our reservation was at 8 PM. The waiter asked about food allergies, talked to... More

We first went to Casianos several years ago in their former less than charming location. Our visit to their new "digs" revealed a beautiful outdoor setting in a hilly upscale residential area in which it was sublime to dine. We gave our food dislikes and received 8 wonderful courses(for the 3 course menu!)

Ridiculously great food and unique preparations. Three or Five courses prix fixe, but don't let that fool you ... each course might be three things, then something in between, and an amuse bouche ... all I can say is, we've eaten there twice, it's expensive for Mexico standards especially, but it's an experience. You have to have a reservation or... More

This newly opened restaurant in Cabo San Lucas is wonderful. There is no menu and the chef prepares what is locally available and fresh. Every course, save the main, is a surprise. The night we dined there, we were offered three main course selections: fish of the day, chicken, or beef. There is a 3 and 5 course menu. We... More

We have been going to this restaurant for many years. Their new location is in the former gym at the Allegranza timeshare complex. The food on this trip was, as always, exceptionally well done. Creative, different and delicious. The chef does a great job in keeping things interesting. However we think they have slipped a bit since last year and... More

A wonderful new restaurant has just opened up in Cabo San Lucas called CASIANOS. It is located near the back entrance to the Pedregal where the local Farmer's Market is located. The concept is quite unique as the menu offered is of the chef's choosing which includes only the freshest local vegetables, fish and meat, namely, what is in season.... More
