We had a cooking school here with Chef Enrique. Learned a lot and made everything from roasted peppercorns, herb infused olive oil, chicken with green sauce, carrot soup and squash flowers for dessert.

Assuming that you enjoy preparing and eating delightful food in a gorgeous environment, this is as close to heaven as you'll get. Chef Enrique is obviously obsessed with creating an afternoon you'll not soon forget. I simply can't say enough - don't miss it.

My daughter and I enjoyed our delicious meal and the rustic charming atmosphere of this farm to table restaurant - not to mention the adventure it was to find it! We actually had to drive on an ATV track for a bit to find this truly "off-the-beaten-track" gem. We recommend it whole heartedly!
