The only place for brunch. We enjoyed brunch here. Had a great waitress who went above and beyond. We overlooked the terrace at The Macdonald. Overall beautiful morning with great food.

I've been spending the last couple years hitting a different 'high end' restaurant each month. This month was The Harvest Room for my birthday. I'd say it's among the top three I've tried in terms of quality of food and decor, but certainly the best service I've experienced. The room is great, the view is great. The watercress/beet/candied pecan/blue cheese... More

Chef made special meal due to specified food intolerance which reduced choices for breakfast buffet. There were other choices where I still would have been happy, but waiter and chef made the extra effort without pause. The waiter was very efficient and friendly. Thank for a memorable meal experience!

Went there for lunch buffet. The atmosphere was great. Food selection was reasonable but limited, soup, salad & sandwiches. Service was excellent.

Any restaurant that brings tea bags to the table for high tea should return to the basics and try again. Tea needs to be steeped and hot! The food was ok but the need to constantly rearrange the table when bringing items out should transmit to someone there is either a problem with presentation or the size of the tables!... More

I ate at the Confederation Lounge four nights in a row whilst on a business trip. After the second night the waiter greeted our party by name, was attentive without being annoying and offered excellent suggestions. The food is very high quality, done perfectly. Excellent options on the menu for all preferences and tastes. I had the cranberry and goat... More

I recently went to the harvest room for a romantic dinner. I have been going intermittently for many years. And the service, food quality, and choice have varied significantly. Based on my most recent visit the food quality and selection were excellent,,with willingness to look at new things. I had an excellent blueberry crusted venison for main course, and the... More

From the moment we arrived we were treated as very welcome guests. From the Maitre d to our server. Warm and friendly, thanking us for choosing the Harvest room. Excellent service, excellent presentation of food. The Lobster chowder was very great. I had the lamb duo which was cooked to perfection. Amazing flavors. My wife had a Barramundi fish dish... More

This is my absolute favourite restaurant in Edmonton. The food, the room, the service is all first class with the expected price attached. It appeals to the mature crowd, but we have gone several times with our children as they were growing up. The service is always friendly and attentive. We are challenged with a severe peanut allergy in our... More
