The food is ok but it's not much different then you would get at any other North Americanized Chinese food restaurant. The prices are higher (we pay about 20% more for the same food as other similar places). If you don't mind salty - Ami's chicken (Dry spicy chicken) is quite good.

We have visited many times and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Décor is lovely---old style Chinese.

Ordered take out. It came fast and was delicious ! My wife and daughter loved the rice, chow mein and vegetable dishes. I loved the beef!!!

New Year's Eve was a very busy evening for the restaurant. There were set menus to select from. The staff were great but the seating seemed close together to maximize numbers of guests.

I have been going to lignan for sometime now. I always go their Chicken for lunch at Scotia place. The atmosphere is nice. Service is quick. The food is ok but nothing to brag about.

I love bringing people here for the first time as the outside looks rather unappealing but once you walk in, it is incredible, service is great and food - excellent food. Our family visits at least 4-5 times a year and now my children bring their friends.

Spare yourself the disappointment. This place is a 3 dressed up as a nine. The food is at best, bad western cuisine. Do yourself a favour, rent an old Bruce Lee movie, and order takeout from the closest place to where you are, you'll be better off , $4.50 for a small bowl of steamed rice, and not a chopstick... My favorite Chinese food restaurant in Edmonton, and definitely the best! The Crispy Lemon Chicken is the best I have ever had anywhere in the world. All of their dishes are delicious and the service is excellent.
