We had heard good things about the Oriental Gardens since moving to Kamloops in August of 2012. We went there for dinner with a friend recently and were very pleased with the service and the food. I grabbed take-out from this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. The food was quite tasty and was good for lunch the next day too.

The Chinese food at this restaurant was very good, not spectacular, but good. The service is great, and the little rooms where you can sit on the floor and have a romantic dinner are really neat.

Call in for a quick meal. We came here because it was less noisy than Frick and Frack and was very close to the hotel.Staff were attentive and the food was fine if not exceptionally memorable.

The sushi, tempura, war wonton, sunomono...it's all delicious! The service is always quick and every member of the staff is very friendly.

A nice mix of Japanese and Chinese food, well prepared at a reasonable price. Excellent service too.

All the way around you can not go wrong here unless you did not make a reservation on a busy night. The service is exceptional, the food is without question top quality and so flavorful to the point you'd believe you were in a 5 star hotel in China (and I've been in many of those a few years back)....
