This is my "go-to" spot for coffee & a quick lunch or breakfast. Can't comment on too many of their menu items because I always get the Bacon 'n Egger - delicious!

Always Fresh, local and amazing . Their fresh squeezed Lemonade in the summer is to Die for, I crave it on a regular basis. Sandwichs, muffins and Salads are all fantastic, by far one of my Fav stops when Im in Penticton

We loved this deli/restaurant so much that we went two days running to have the eggs benny. A little hard to find but persevere. Happy staff, excellent food and a shop to browse in.

This is a great breakfast and lunch spot. It is also a good place to take out of town guests. The atmosphere is warm and friendly without being pretentious. I had the veg eggs benny last time and it was the best eggs benny I had ever eaten!

Neat little place. Great muffins and neat breakfast/brunch specials. Food is very good and the atmosphere old fashioned and cool ... better in the summer months as they have a nice outdoor patio. A hidden gem in Penticton. Great healthy food and a great atmosphere inside or on the patio area. An experience.

The BC 3 Sandwich is a must have. My only critcism is they don' t have it all year. But great fortune it is fall & they have it now. I phoned friends from the restaurant to tell them about the sandwich. Yes, it's that good! Also, super helpful staff and funky atmosphere.
