We did the Momma Mia class and it was terrific . It really was a jammed packed four hours with Chef David . We made ravioli from scratch and stuffed it with arugula goat cheese filling , and a walnut and sage butter sauce . Then grilled lamb sirloin and herb ricotta gnocchi with chanterelle cream sauce . Finally we... More

For Christmas my wonderful hubby gave myself and one of my dearest friends the Mamma Mia cooking class. We had the best time. It starts right from arrival when they take your coat, hand you a glass of procesco and lead you to the common dining area where your co-cooks are relaxing and getting to know each other over appetizers.... A friend and did two classes back to back this year and loved the experience! I only wish I lived in Vancouver so I could go all the time. We decided to take the classes vs. going out for dinner and spending about the same amount. I would suggest to anyone living or travelling to Vancouver to head down to... More

As a cooking class, which I took with a friend a year or so ago, I really enjoyed The Dirty Apron. I'd give it four or maybe even five out of five. It was a fun time and would be a great evening out for a romantic couple, family duo, or couple of friends. Comprehensive recipes with detailed demonstrations before... More

On Valetines Day we took a class here. It was a great experience. The class had the right mixture of lessons and hands on experience. They teach you, have you cook a bit, and the eat your creation and repeat for the next course. With each course they offer wine or beer. Best of all while you are eating they... More

Unlike most cooking classes, this one is fully participatory. I've attended classes where you simply watch the chef and sample the food, or - you cook a portion of the meal. Not at the Dirty Apron. Here, they demonstrate a course, then you go to your fancy workstation to replicate the food on your own (with their guidance, of course).... More

Quite possibly the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. Fresh sides and friendly service. I loved this place.

Great sandwiches and sides and prepared foods along with baked goods, gourmet food selections and more. Don't forget to check out the culinary classes.

We have eaten here a few times and each time we have been impressed. The food is outstanding, and the sandwiches are amazing. I have had the Chicken Mayo with anchovies twice and it is a great combo. The setting, the food and the overall feel is great here, you will love it!

Signed our group up for a teambuilding class that ran 4 hours. Great experience that allowed the group to interact and pretend we were master chef contestants. Menus were complicated but do-able and there's work for everyone in the group from prepping to plating. Plus we got to eat what we created. Looking forward to recreating my classwork at home.
