I really enjoyed the meal today at Atomica. It was above and beyond most restaurants, I will be returning.
Really interesting (and very tasty) pizza options. We were thrilled that they would make any of their pizzas on a gluten free crust (also offer gluten free pasta). We both had pizza - one gluten free, one regular - and they were excellent! The place is a bit small - make a reservation on a weekend or you may be... More
Our kids always ask to have lunch here when in Kingston. We always forget that the pizzas are big and should be shared...and given that the lunch tends to be on the pricey side. Service is always very attentive and friendly. Well worth a visit..just remember to share!
We chose to eat here based on the recommendation of our hotel. Delicious pizza and the best caesar I've had in a long time!
We ate at Atomica Gourmet Pizza & Wine Bar on July 16, 2013. We stayed one night in Kingston and enjoyed the city and history. We decided on this restaurant after a quick online search as we had a 'hankering' for pizza that night. We were very pleasantly surprised with the decor and design of the place as we entered.... More
We used Urban Spoon to find this restaurant and sure glad we did. The spinach salad was likely the best I've ever had in my life. I made a fuss over it and the waitress gladly got me the ingredients. Can't wait to try to recreate it at home. My husband had a spicy pepperoni and they toned down the... More
The thin-crust pizza and gnocchi were delicious. When I saw that their specialty drink was house barrel-aged Negroni, I was thrilled because it's hard to find this drink (even at Italian restaurants). Great atmosphere, lovely patio, right in the heart of historic downtown Kingston. Only thing that I would suggest is an update to their washrooms. Very dated, cramped, and... More
So we spend alot of time in Kingston in the summer. This trip we decided to not repeat a restaurant or a drink. Atomica was an incredible treat! You have to go there and try their amazing cocktails. Definately a do over spot......
My average rating reflects mixed feelings about this place. My impressions were not guided by the reviews on thsi site as we went there at the suggestion of a friend and it was quite impromptu. However, I read the reviews after my visit and found that overall, they reflected my confusion. This is a small restaurant with a unique decor... More
