This place was atrocious! Horrible food, poor decor, and is completely over estimated! I would never eat there again! Everyone I was with hated their food! The portions were pathetic and it looked like a bad Chinese food place.

We decided to celebrate our 11th Anniversary on a splashy meal, so we chose the Saint-Amour, having read fantastic reviews. We ordered a la carte, and went on a Sunday, then thought both moves were a mistake.
The service was fine enough, it was the food that underwhelmed entirely. Finess was very much lacking in our plates: the soups were...

This is not a restaurant, it is a Rococco palace with delicious food you feel you do not deserve to taste! Try the FOIE GRAS! Delicious!
We went here on the recommendation of our hotel concierge, who told us the chef is Quebec City's top chef. He was right. This was without a doubt the best dining experience we have ever had. Ever. And we're foodies. We had the smaller of the two tasting menus with wine parings. The food was absolutely exquisite. Fabulous flavours simply...

Our party of six visited Le Saint-Amour tonight for supper and all left very happy and very satisfied. The wine list was extraordinary and our servers were top-notch, offering their insights and stepping in at all the right times. Small touches were very much appreciated by the entire party. Fabulous and reasonably-priced fixed course menu for $65 with generous portions,...

OMG - if you are ever in Quebec City, you MUST try this restaurant. This is by far THE best restaurant I have ever dined in and I have dined in many fine restaurants all around the world.
This restaurant came highly recommended by one of my colleagues and so, while here in Quebec City attending a conference, my husband...

Delicious! Expensive but worth it! Everything from the host's greeting to the dessert was perfect. When we asked the server for a wine recommendation, he was honest & steered us to a perfect wine, even though the other one we wanted was more expensive.
It was my second visit to Le Saint-Amour and my experience was perfect, just like the first time I went there 2 years ago. I went with my boyfriend for his birthday. I had a coupon from Le Passe-partout Bonne chère, a coupon book with restaurant discounts we receive in september every year. With this coupon we had a 7...

The food was great; interesting flavour fusions. The cheese plate was nice and was a generous portion for the price. The red deer was perfectly cooked and the wine list was very impressive. The service started out well but went downhill as the restaurant got busy, we were forgotten for half an hour.
The meals were perfectly done & somewhat adventurous. Service a bit spotty & the decor a bit passee.
