We always visit Rose and Crown when in Canmore. Service is good and food plentiful. We were delighted to see jalapeño poppers as a special (they used to be on the menu but were removed). The weather was good so we enjoyed the patio and the breathtaking views. Personally I recommend the potato skins, very tasty.

We went to this pub style restaurant our first and last day in Canmore. The Irish Stew was fabulous and big enough for dinner the next day.

Quality live music on mondays. Cheap drinks at the bar. Pool tables. 2 sections, 1 for chilling and one for dancing. Lots of fun!

Enjoyed a Sunday even. Live music which was above average. Place picked up around 23:00hrs. Average food. Great service.

Typical pub food and beer. Nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about. I had the special BBQ Prime Rib burger...so-so..I think it was a typical frozen burger..was expecting more, but not bad. We ere with a large group and everyone seemed to enjoy there meal, but novbody seemed to 'rave' about it either.

Best vegburg EVER! handmade, saucy, hearty, huge. Plus handcut fries, and as a garnish.... A freaking kiwi slice. Awesome. Anyone who's been in the bow valley knows how hard it is to get good meatless alternatives and this VB is not only the best i've had in bow, but possibly my whole life. Killer.
