Wonderful mother's day lunch with my boys. French fries with truffle oil- so good, can't get enough. Smoked salmon with gnocchi: duck confit sandwhich: special salad with blue cheese, hazelnuts and grilled prawns. Amazing great new menu. Chefs Hiro and Jason have raised the bar here in Hope. We wanted to go to the cinema, but as always had left things really late. We needed to eat and fast, but not fast food, just good food quickly. Joe's hit the Target. Great steak, well presented and we got to the cinema on time. Thanks guys

We stopped in Hope on a whim and decided to stay the night. Happened upon Joe's and are thrilled that we did. The atmosphere is delightful and the food delicious. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Will not miss the restaurant when we pass through again.

Stayed in Hope, BC for 10 days on business and ate 6 out of the 10 days at Joe's for supper after trying out other venues in the town. Staff at Joe's are exceptionally efficient, gracious and accommodating. The chef produces delicious meals and the desserts are wonderful too. I am sorry I did not take a photo of our lunch. It was not only delicious, it looked wonderful. I had a hot salad with prawns - they were fried with herbs/spices and the salad dressing - oh, the salad dressing. Splendid. I suggested that the owner might wish to marry the chef just to keep him there.

We had a very tasty meal at this great restaurant in Hope. I had the Kettle Valley Greens for my main and found the salad to be very fresh with a really flavourful dressing. My partner had the ribs and really enjoyed them. I liked the decor in Joe 's too.

Sorry but can not agree with the high ratings for this place. Ordered the salmon and had to send it back 2 times because it was totally raw inside.
