We had eaten here a few years back, and decided to return for something new. We were warmly greeted and seated in the private little room near the wine cellar - excellent spot. The whole evening was fantastic - from the amuse-bouche right through to dessert. The appetizers looked so interesting we tried three. The scallop tartare was our favourite... More

Amuse-bouche and appetizers were great but the latter were astonishingly pricey (especially for the quantity) and our mains were only so-so. Maybe we didn't order well this time? Service was attentive as always but we felt a little cheated this time out!

I have been a client of Seb l'Artisan Culinaire since they started. 2 young child make my outings less frequent but I was there last week and Guy has the way to make you feel his #1 priority! Extra good service, friendly ambiance, excellent and creative food and great advise on wine! I would not hesitate to recommand it!

Located in the St-Jovite part of Tremblant; original cuisine, well presented; we had the scallops tartare, fish of the day and Bison. Scallops and fish were great, the Bison meat by itself is a bit bland so its not an easy dish to prepare so not as great as the other dishes we took.

We splurged, and it paid off. The seven course tasting menu (though we didn't have the wine pairings as we were driving!) was a journey into what the chef is really about and, ultimately capable of. The answer to whether or not this kitchen has any limitations is "definitely not" Out of this world and a nailed-on "must try" for... More

We went there for our wedding anniversary weekend Oct 5, 2012. Great expectations based on friend's recommendations. We selected the 4 plates special dinner. In fact it is a 3 plate dinner. The first one is shared by everybody whatever you order. A single tortilla mini chip covered with famelic goat cheese. No taste. Had wapiti as the main dish.... More

we dined at this restaurant on the recommendation of a colleague. they said this resto lived up to its artisan billing... but it actually didn't in our experience. i have to say it was a big disappointment ... we're not foodies, but we know what we like and expect high"er"-end restos to serve fresh ingredients. one big disappointment was a... My hubby and I went to Mont Tremblant for the weekend. Friday night he made reservations for Seb, he showed me the menu and I have to admit I was abit hesitate due to my dietary restrictions. No gluten, dairy or eggs. When we arrived I asked our server what the fish of the day was, it was swordfish something I... More

We were a group of 12, all first time visitors to the restaurant. All 12 of us had an extremely enjoyable experience at sEB. The food is just exquisite and decadent: it is a selective menu (not the size of a book) but there is definitely something for everyone. The plate preparation and presentation are simple and with class, you... More

By far the best dining experience in the Mont Tremblant region. We have frequented Seb L ’Artisan Culinaire on many occasions and always walk away with a great “foodie” experience. And the service ties in with the “foodie” experience… top notch service– thank you Guy and Cory for continually making the overall experience relaxing and fun! When you visit, try... More
