Quickly popped in here before a hike to Joffre Lakes. YUM! Everything is made right in the middle of the shop and run by a young, local crowd. I got an egg and cheese muffin sandwich and couldn't help but inhale it - so delicious. Also kept me full for the majority of the 8-mile hike - a good sign... More

Stopped in after lunch for a treat and coffee. No fancy shamcy coffee here just great tasting good strong coffee. Loved it. Bought a loaf of the potato bread to bring home and it was fabulous. Not heavy or doughy. Good flavour and quite light .

Went for again pain au chocolat got the last 1. Watch Raven make & bake more while I ate it with a fab' locally roasted & fresh ground coffee. These are better than Paris not too sweet just as good as Wien - Vienna, Trieste, & the Rue Saint Jean in Quebec City. The chocolate is almost bitter... perfect. We... More

We had an almond and chocolate croissant here. Both were very good, but my only reason to take off a star was because they were too big. Croissants are meant to be small. If you look at it another way, you only need one for two people - a great value.

Pemberton is very lucky to have this great little spot. They have really good coffee and although I didn't have the opportunity to eat a lot of food here, I can assure you that the croissant with ham and cheese is delish. If ever back to the area I will stop in for more goodies.

The Blackbird Bakery in Pemberton B.C. has become our favorite bakery and coffee shop. The locals are lucky to have a bakery that has developed a reputation as one of the top bakeries and cafe’s in the area. Pemberton is renowned for its farm produce—much of it is natural and organic. The Blackbird Bakery in Pemberton B.C. sources much of... More

Buttery flaky true Viennoiserie Chocolate Croissants with dark chocolate, amazing fresh out of the oven. They serve fabulous locally roasted coffee too.

I can't start my mornings without having Raven and her staff serve up their brilliant coffee-and the baked goods are to LIVE for! No wonder the place has line ups.

Best Chocolate Almond Croissants outside Vienna (Wien) & Trieste. Chocolate not too sweet, neither is the marzipan. Fab' locally roasted coffee. A little hard to find under the Water tower, Kitty Corner, diagonal corner, from the Clock Tower at Pemberton Gateway Village Suites.
