Overall good, service can be a little slow but still pleasant. The food has been excellent to ok but the portions are big so you are not going to go away hungry. To be honest we hit this place at least once a stay and we keep coming back.

We have had supper at the Chophouse a few times. The servers are very personable, and the service is very good. The food is also very good. The only downside here at all is that it really quite expensive.

I have been to Waterton a few times now and I have to say aside from the gorgeous hikes, my favourite thing is to have lunch at the Bayshore Inn Chophouse.
