What a fabulous find we made when we came across this lovely, clean,friendly,exceptional value for money gem.The food is smashing and the best value pot of tea in Devon!Always a great welcome,we look forward to our breakfast as we are travelling down the M5,and have visited many times. Had lunch on Good Friday - we didn't order anything that was exactly on the menu, but that wasn't a problem. The food was brilliant and service very friendly and very reasonable too.

My wife & I had a late breakfast here on 18th march 2013. I had the large full english & the wife had a medium. Freshly cooked to perfection, using quality fresh ingredients, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal here & would highly recommend this establishment.

My 92 year old Mum who lives nearby recommended The Bay Tree. I had the all day breakfast which was huge whilst Mum had the medium size which again was hearty. My niece and her partner insisted on taking me to the Bay Tree for breakfast on a recent visit to Torquay, I'm glad they did. Excellent food, good atmosphere and tremendous value for money.

Popped in for lunch with my mum and dad as our usual cafe was closed. What a lovely surpise to find good food, pleasant surroundings and very very reasonable prices. We will definitiely go again.
