Just off the main square but a little tucked away, you might miss this bar - but more fool you if you do. It always seems busy (and looks more so due to its relatively small size) but it's worth heading in. Draught beer on tap (although just the one and served a bit chilly) and heaps of belgium beers... We visit this every time we go to Keswick - really lovely coffee shop and bar - excellent coffee and freshly brewed tea using proper tea leaves which tastes so much better than bags! They also have a great tapas menu and serve wine/beer. There are games available to play if you wish. All in all a lovely place to... More

Popped in for a coffee one afternoon and were immediately bowled over by the incredibly tranquil European mood. I don’t know what it is, but it has it in spades. The coffee was delicious and expertly prepared. We were so impressed we went in for an evening meal of pizzas the following night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What a... More

We had the most fantastic hot chocolate - even better after a cold walk admiring the snowy hills! We returned for more on our next walk. A nice relaxing place to sit and chat for a while. Can't comment on the food other than the next table had pizzas which looked fab, smelled great and were completely devoured. The tapas... More

The place is a bit cramped, but this is Keswick. The style is bohemian, board games and cards to keep you amused while waiting for your food. We had pizzas that were nicer than anything I have had in the uk. Coffee was nice too. We will eat here again.

I have visited this place loads of times as we love the feel of the place & they serve great coffee. I agree that the manager (male) is not the friendliest but I can live with that as I love the ambience of this little place. The pizzas are great & its licenced too. I will always come here!!

We stopped here for some lunch one day and found the gentleman behind the bar to be very miserable not even attempting to make conversation though there was only one other couple in the cafe. Don't expect much but even a good afternoon would have been nice . This may have been a one off and the tapas was good.... More

This place is a total gem. Nice cosy interior, varied and unusual choice of drinks including lots of soft/hot options for non-drinkers at all times of day. Friendly staff, prompt service, board games to play, and lots of nice unusual snacky things (tiny pastries, nibbles, cheeses) as well as the main menu. It's very European and I wish there were... A small cafe bar, friendly staff and alcohol is an option. The tapas was far better than the specialist chains. Quality portions and great value.
