What lovely friendly staff at the Oddfellows the food was great value for money, very enjoyable experience all round. I will be going back when I next visit Keswick.

Rude staff, terrible frozen food, no time for tourists, only decent thing about this pub is the beer garden !!!
While the upper room/ overspill restaurant of the Oddfellows is extremely basic ie no charm whatsoever the value for money was great in our opinion. The four of us each had the '3 course special' so we qualified for 2 free bottles of wine, thank you very much. The menu was traditional fare (my choice good old gammon grill' but...

It could be a great bar that is in a great location but sadly I get the impression that unless your a local then your treat as just another tourist and somewhat of an imbugarance to the barman which is a shame really because without the visitors then I would suspect the said barman would not have job?

Had a very good meal in this bar. We had Roast beef and yorkshire pudding and Cumberland Sausage dishes. Bar staff very friendly.
Spent a very pleasant couple of hours in the company of Jennings Cumberland ales and the biggest Yorkshire puddings I've ever seen! The gentleman next to me had his pud filled with Cumberland sausage, veg and chips; mine was full of the most delicious beef & ale stew. If you're after a smart gastro pub with fancy sounding things on...

Ideal place to eat if you have a family. Its not cordon blue grub just good value and good wholesome food, where else can you buy a Sirloin Steak with all the trimmings for £9 or a large Yorkshire Pudding full of vegetables and sausage for £5.50. But beware, it gets very busy between 7 - 8pm and you have...

anyway because keswick is a tourist haven, basically they could serve anything and still get custom. The staff...
