Rumi Lounge stole our deposit too. We held our daughter's birthday party there in December and paid a £250 deposit which the Club has refused to refund. The manager doesn't return calls or emails. “complete scam - they stole our deposit”

We contracted with Rumi to hold our school holiday party there. The drinks were more than they said, the place was crammed and they were understaffed.
