Stayed here for 5 weeks while moving house and miss the friendly staff. If you are not staying here and need a good breakfast - iot is well worth an early morning visit. Set menus and a la carte are great value and Sunday Lunch with live music is a treat.

Had Sunday lunch with the in laws. Good service and top quality food with sufficient choice even for my vege coeliac wife. Have been before and it has been cold although this time it was nice and warm. Nice touch was a piano player which added more atmosphere

We dined here and although the restaurant was nearly empty still thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was piping hot, the service attentive without being 'in your face' and the wine list comprehensive and reasonable. Nice touch for a chocolate lover like me was a small dish of chocolates with coffee.

Went here on a Thursday night. Very quiet. Not much sign of staff and had to get out of chair to get some attention. However food very good and farily reasonably priced. Would go back on a busier night.
