Nice friendly staff. Portion sizes are very decent and makes the price reasonable. Always a good atmosphere whether for food or just a drink. Would recommend :)
If you want a burger, but you don't know what to put on it, go to Tonic. The menu there will certainly inspire you. The food is always tasty, we keep going back time after time.
Come here quite often for a few pints, but only very recently tried the cocktails there thanks to Mac, who made my friend and I zombies (not literally of course) which I was having for the first time and they were amazing! Service was incredible, fast, friendly and funny which is an almost impossible blend to find these days, always... More
I have visited Tonic quite a few times now and every time I return I am more and more impressed. I usually visit here on a Monday night as they play some fantastic live music, the bands change from week to week. The Barman (I think his name was James) has a great knowledge of his craft and gave us... More

interesting experience with wide variety of burgers from banana chocolate burger to ostrich meat etc. one can also add £10 to get an extra massive burger that can fit more than 4 people. although the beefish taste from the beef can be quite strong
Visited here recently, my husband & I each had a burger, mine was 6 oz which was plenty, the other was an 8 oz. Mine was the chilli burger with chips & salad, the other was with a barbecue sauce both of which were very good. Service good, nice friendly staff too. BEWARE!!! A large glass of wine is outragous,... More
First visit to tonic and i thoroughly enjoyed it. What a selection! The regular burger is quite small, i would go for the beefy 8oz! Service was great, the guy behind the bar and our waiter were both lovely. Reasonable prices i thought. We had two burgers and lattice fries, a glass of wine, a cocktail, a diet coke and... More
We ordered a baked potato (£7!!!), a wrap and fries. We hadn't been told that the wrap already came with fries! Food was tasty enough but very expensive for what you get. Cocktails are very cheap. French martini was lovely.
Had a nice dinner. Good burger selection. Tasty but nothing special. Glad we went but likely won't go back.
