We ate here during the Etape Caledonia which is probably one of their busiest periods, the pretty walk from the town is well signposted and adds to the charm. Service was excellent, attentive and accurate despite the size of our group, small details like checking we were happy with the room temperature and offering to turn on the heating if... More

Took mum for her birthday lunch earlier this month, and what a fab experience. After enjoying a drink outside in the area overlooking the river, we headed for the stunning sunny conservatory where we found our table had been beautifully decorated with balloons and table confetti.Unfortunately, we'd eaten so much the previous evening, and for breakfast, that we didn't have room... Myself and 7 friends had booked a table at Port na Craig for dinner on Saturday night last (May 2013). I had been emailing Angela about this for a while as it was a special occasion for one of the girls. Angela could not be more helpful! SHe personalised the menus for us and offered us a set 3 course... More

Nicely situated near to the fish ladder and Festival Theatre. The menu was extensive but many of the dishes were not available. What we had was very good.

Last week we had our wedding reception at Port-na-Craig. Everything was amazing! Angela and Katarina couldn't have done more to help with the planning and preparations, the space looked amazing with the tables dressed with white linens, glassware, candles, flowers, etc. The food was outstanding -Stephen did an AMAZING job, and lots of our guests have commented on how good... We have a truly fantastic evening at the restaurant for my friend's Hen Night. Dinner and drinks were all super: we'd asked for cocktails and they were all delicious! The food was fabulous - the set price menu gave us lots of options. Nothing was too much bother - the table was decorated for us; the staff were on hand... More

I have been to eat in Port-na-Craig restaurant on numerous occasions and it is consistently a delight. The food is delicious and inventive, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the service is efficient and the atmosphere is great. Whether it is a light summer salad or a hearty winter feast you're after, Port-na-Craig is the place to go.

I say it's my home away from home, as I do eat out at port na Craig from to time to time. The owner is most welcoming and always remembers my name and who I am. The service is on point and the food is fantastic. My two favourite dishes that are a must; the home-made burger. You will not... More

Excellent food and dining experience but we were disappointed by the fact that we had booked a pre-theatre dinner and were told on arrival that this was no longer available due to it being "a quiet night". This was not a problem for us, but could be for people on a budget. Having eaten here a number of times before,... More

A group of friends and dogs walked from Blair Atholl - with Port-na-Craig identified as our refreshment stop. Once there we noticed that you were allowed dogs in the conservatory, so we had a look at the lunch menu and thought the offer looked too good to miss. We were not wrong! The food was great as was the presentation... More
