We were last night,unfortunately for short because we had another appointment after the resaurant.we didn"t book a place there but after a couple of minutes we were seated on a nice table.The service was very fast and staff was very friendly.Monkfish gratin and Pork was lovely.We will be definitly back soon

We ate here twice while in Cork and both were fabulous meals,friendly staff and a great environment.The location is very central and even on busy night they were able to get us in quickly.Portion size are generous.thanks

We had a fabulous meal in Strasbourg goose on Sunday evening, charming restaurant, great value, great menu, monkfish was amazing as were the mussels. Great choice of wines at really affordable prices. very impressed, definately will be back - to try the lamb shank!

We should have known when our taxi driver had never heard of it or the barman at our hotel. From entering the restaurant, things went poorly. Absolutely love this restaurant! The offer is great, brilliant value. And the food is absolutely gorgeous! My favourite is the pâté, and the steak. Fab!!

Visited this highly recommended restaurant on Thursday. The menu was severely limited, service was shocking, and sat near a very drafty and cold door way. Should have listened to a friendly bar man an and a taxi driver in Cork, neither of whom had even heard of Strasbourg Goose. Over rated and very poor. Avoid it!
