Other reviewers have noted how great the fish and chips are. I stopped in here for a late lunch with my husband, and he got a wonderful seafood plate. My spouse takes his seafood seriously! His plate had several kinds of fish, including salmon, as well as some mussels and oysters. It was delicious, and pan cooked rather than deep... More

I go here with friends for a casual dinnner. You can bring your own wine/beer so it makes it very economical. The fish is very fresh, delicious and can be deep fried or grilled. There are also some non-fish options. Highly recommended.

Was here on Saturday night. Lovely friendly staff and the chips are top class. Also ordered chicken nuggets and they came out like battered cod - lovely large pieces of fresh chicken in an amazing batter. Top notch!

I'm a fussy enough eater and only eat "real" chips-not the frozen or bleacehd kind and this place cooks amazing chips, not greasy, they're crispy and delicious. I had the scampi and it was fantastic-fresh and even the prawns inside were gleaming white with flavour and freshness. Also a lovely salad garnish accompanied even had some radish in it. The... More

I paid 15 euros for a plate of lettuce with some basic tiny prawns, smoked salmon and crab meat. Very small portions. There was no bread or anything served with it. The server brought it to the table and then flicked a bit of smoked salmon that was hanging off the side back over the plate with his finger. The... More

Dined here tonight. For a traditional bag of chips with fish it was average,For dinner poor. Scampi tasteless, chips ok for a chipper. A great night ( maybe) if your a backpacker ... Not if you want dinner.

I've eaten here a few times. Chips are great and you get a really decent size portion. Battered monkfish, completely tasteless (although in fairness monkfish is quite delicate and probably shouldn't be battered anyways), pan fried monkfish: almost tasteless and a very small portion for almost 12 quid with 4 bite size pieces and a portion of chips. Staff not... More

A pretty good place to get some fish n chips! They only take cash which was a problem for me. If they took credit, would get 5 stars!

This tiny fish and chip joint is THE BEST. Choice of fish, batter crunchy, and chips divine. If you want to eat there, be prepared to scootch over and share a table. Open late so great for after theatre. Waitresses are extremely nice and patient as you hold up the line deciding!
