Having skipped the poor breakfast at our hotel we wandered around Kilkenny for somewhere nice to eat and I am so glad we stopped at the Grapevine. We had a gorgeous brunch of french toast, bacon and a sparkling wine and orange juice and a full breakfast. The full breakfast was huge with all the usuals accompanied by a serving... More

I really liked this place, my fiance and i stopped in here one evening for some tapas and drinks. Stass were very friendly but our table was reserved for another couple so we couldn't stay as long as we would have liked but i will definietly be back. More

The food is unparalleled by anything else in Kilkenny. The venison in chocolate and juniper berry is my personal favorite but the patatas bravas is as it should be -... More

For yummy tapas, Sunday Brunch, or Sunday night steak, we are loving the food here! Great atmosphere with the old stone walls, too! More

I went to this bar out of interest, the outside looks horrible but inside is pleasant even if the front section is a bit oddly laid out , I can't imagine anyone being comfortable in the front section. However we sat at the back , the food was very nice , the service was good and the prices are reasonable,... More

Okayish, not extraordinary tapas bar. Bit pricy, not very interesting tapas. Did not expect anything special and staff is friendly. More

I have always loved the food and atmsphere at this tapas bar. I do find the food a bit overpriced for the quality sometimes but it is yum. However the past few times I have visited myself and my friends have really noticed the changes. Firstly prosecco is gone up to €29 a bottle! In the past we would often... More

This place is a surprise and was an excellent hideout on a rainy day. The food is light and good and there is internet for those who need it. Nice people. More

Coming here was the best decision we made on our trip to Kilkenny. Located on the main street in Kilkenny it was easy to find and we happened to just come across it and decided to give it a go and I'm so glad we did. There were no tables available when we arrived on a Thursday night (so I... More
