Fantastic Indian buffet with plenty of delicious foods to try, staff friendly and price very reasonable, well worth a visit :-)
I visit "The Slice" regularly. The food is always hot. Always something different to try. I take all my visiting friends and family there. I like the atmosphere of the place. It's like sitting in a large wine cellar. Tables are not too close together and chairs are comfy. The staff are very helpful and always clear your dirty plates... More
Wide variety of kebabs, curries, naan bread and an amazing array of desserts. Worth every penny paid and you need to spend a good couple of hours stuffing yourself with all the delicacies
We went as a fairly large (about 20) in group, various ages, from children to pensioner and all got something in the buffet to there taste. On the day we went there were other groups and the atomosphere was ok and you had enough room and not under pressure to leave quickly either. And best of all seeing Indians eating... More
Love it here even if the atmosphere is a bit bleak but I've been told they are going to have a movie night so how cool is that......
What this place lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in the food. An all you can eat buffet style, it is reasonably priced and the food choice is very good ranging from pre-prepared to cook while you wait including freshly made Naan. Food quality is OK but not having a sweet tooth I wish I had steered clear of... More
For those wishing for more than the usual Indian restaurant dishes this place offers many of the foods more associated with real India. A huge variety, particulatly for thise who enjoy a good selection of vegetarian food and fish dishes. Still plenty of choice for meat eaters and something for those who aren't kean on spicey food.
The food there is incredible. The options of freshly cooked dishes are outstanding. I could have filled up on the selection of starters alone. Make sure you go there hungry
This food is the worst I have ever tasted !!! The starters are ok but probably only as good as supermarket frozen ones. The curries are disgusting the meat in the lamb rogan josh was that Chewy I had jaw ache! Very very poor and not authentic in the slightest. The people giving good reviews must just like the quantity... More
