Poor service coupled with average food. But I have heard mixed reviews. I would not write this place off per se. I just don't know if when we visited it was an off night. Good menu in a nice location which is central.

discovered beluga many years ago through a friend at work, I enjoyed it so much i brough my now wife here to propose, great romantic atmosphere or grab a large lable for lots of friends, its all good, and the food is excellent
I went along for a cheap and cheerful night out. The food was very bland and forgettable. Unfortunately cheap equaled a poor experience.
Very nice restaurant. Staff very attentive. Good choice on the menu. Nice place to eat.Good value for city centre location
didnt have the cocktails in the teapot which we was looking forward to got offered a bellini which was just okay! poor sandwiches too :(
The dots say it all - nothing special, and the staff not as friendly as the Beluga in Bramhall. A place to visit if you fancy a drink and a bite to eat while shopping, but not a place to book for a special occassion.
We booked a works christmas party there in 2011 and it was unlimited wine for the 2 hours of the meal...there is also a bar upstairs where we went for drinks after the meal. The staff was friendly and the roast dinner was goregous too!
We visited Beluga as part of a Groupon voucher for a family meal. The choice given was great and the food was lovely! It had a lot of parties the night we visited and with just 2 staff was left waiting with dirty plates a while. However i would definately go back.
Never had a bad meal yet.. I think groupon will refund so be patient.
I purchased a Groupon deal in March for "Afternoon Tea with a Twist for Two" at Beluga, and duly booked a table for my Birthday. I was excited to go, as I had heard great things about the place.
We arrived with plenty of time, and were shown downstairs. The furnishing were shabby, to say the least - and certainly...
