We wanted some good classic French, often the touristy towns this is hard to find. The food was good, patient help. Not much of the attitude we feared not speaking the language.

This place is fabulous. The service was friendly and unobtrusive, and the food divine and well-priced. I went for sweet crepes, my mom chose savory, and we were both very happy!

Very good service and very good food. We really liked sitting outdoors and enjoying our wine until the temperature dropped. We were then graciously moved indoors by our excellent waiter. Enjoyed the meal and talking to the guests seated at nearby tables.

We ate at this restaurant twice while in Amboise. It is very centrally located on the main street in Amboise. Selection was good and prices were very reasonable. You could eat outside or in. Food was very good.

Ok this has a great spot and is one of the few places on the square with continuous service. Odds are good you will eat here at least once. Staff is rude to travelers and the food under whelms in general. There are far better spots even for crepes

This is a restaurant I hope you avoid. It's only redeeming factor is it is in the sun. I wish I had re ad reviews before sitting down. Request to leave out the bacon not honored, when a reminder request was made, it was refused! The food was not good and the service worse.
