Christophe has a rare talent for wine pairings and the cellar to make it work. You will not be disappointed. I had a rare Calvados digestif which made my meal really special!

Chris owns and runs this 20+ seater gem serving comfort traditional french food. He speaks English perfectly and makes you feel at home, checking regularly on you during the meal, even though he's the only one taking care of front of house.
Everything on the menu looks good, but I had the Aubergines-Tomatoes-RicottaCheese tower as a starter, lamb stew in...

Based on TripAdvisor's positive reviews my wife and I decided to try out this restaurant on our first night in Paris as part of our honeymoon in Europe, and boy were we blown away....
Firstly, the owner of the restaurant was an absolute stand-out in terms of providing first class service (patiently translating the menu into English for us verbally...

Delicious food served by a very polite, welcoming owner. The restaurant is small and full of character. We will definitely return.
This small restaurant is on Rue Marie et Louise, and it happens that that's where we are staying on this trip to Paris. So it was fun to stroll just down the street to eat in this great restaurant. The owner was friendly, and spoke English, and willingly explained each of the menu items for us. He did this for...

We actually went to the restaurant expecting to be turned away but the waiter was very helpful and actually gave us the table to a reservation that was...

We were there for lunch and had an appetizer + entree for 14 euros. Service was great and the food was outstanding. On the day it went we had squash/pumpkin soup and salmon- both were fantastic and I don't even like pumpkin nor cooked fish! Would definitely revisit.
