Immediately behind the excellent Balcons hotel this little place serves the most beautiful looking food, and it tastes great too. We paid €84 for 2 with half bottle of wine.

Nice place for a drink or a bottle of wine (is cheaper than by the glass) in the company. Hard to get a table or barrel (tables in the wine area) and that is very full of students especially in the evenings and weekends. The dishes are plentiful and well done, so it is very nice.

Closed on Mondays this place is a pleasant change from the string of fast food outlets that cater for tourists on the busy streets of St Michele nearby.
