A great place to sit down in a warm ambiance and have a warm cup of coffee. Here they also have regular black coffee, something I miss at cafes in France! they also have breakfasts and lunches, but only quite unhealthy altenatives like pancakes with maple syrup and cakes of other sorts.
This was a fantastic American-style coffee shop before, with lots of thought and research put in to make your coffee experience authentic, but now, under its new management, it's just... another place. No cupcakes, no friendly conversation, no atmosphere like before. We were all disappointed.
This place is a true gem! It's adorably decorated, I love the wire map of the world (on the back wall- not to miss). The couple who owns and runs it is very friendly. Also the lady speaks english (helpful for vistors). There baked goods are always amazing- love the carrot cake. NOT TO MISS!
This is a cute indoor cafe, down a side street near Comedie. It's comfortable and they have wifi. The only downside for me is that it's anglo saxon (I didn't know that before I visited). So go somewhere else if you're after an authentic French experience. The coffee is very good though and they have a tempting selection of cakes.
Our daughter who lives in Montpellier "made" us go here. It's her favorite coffee house in town. We were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though we don't speak French! Cups are large and atmosphere is cozy!
On my travels around the city centre revisiting restaurants I was surprised to see a change at Fairview Coffee but a nice surprise I must admit.
First of all, me and coffee is a love affair and I tried two whilst I was there. I wanted to see if the latte was still a latte and not some "cafe au...

My wife and I stopped here for coffee after dinner on a one night stopover in Montpellier. They were closing up but were more than happy
for us to come in for a coffee before they left for the day. The owners were so friendly and the coffee was just brilliant, so much so we decided to come back for...

Great little spot to escape the hustle bustle, nice place to go with children, and not have to worry about trying to speak French :)
I go here often to read, talk with friends or do some homework. The owners are really sweet and speak both English and French. Comfy, good music and great coffee and tea. They sometimes have a peanut butter cupcake which I really appreciate, and I have had the bagel as well which was yummy. It's a real community establishment which...
