I really enjoyed the pistachio palmier. It was something very strange for me because I usually eat them covered in chocolate. My friend had a sweet sort of pretzel which was also very good.

I came here for the famous gaufre, but I just found the vanilla filling way too sweet. But at just €2.50, it's worth a stop just to give it a taste test for yourself.

Gorgeous pastries and a wide selection of teas. You can't visit Lille without sampling the delicious array of goodies here. Not cheap (allow 10-11 Euros per person), but definitely a special treat.

I loved this adorable pastry shop. It's exactly what you want a French patisserie to be. The macarons were delicious and the stuffed waffle is small, but tasty. I do wish there were some savory dishes, but overall this was a great experience.

the location is a must see, the waiters are very nice and mindful; we had a lovely lunch (time wasn't busy but still) in a super environment, the wine we were advised to try was delicious and the food very tasty. It's really worth trying!

The hot chocolate is the best in the world, the gaufre is a must eat when in Lille. Massive queues on Saturday afternoon but worth the wait. Old style service and excellent quality of all the cakes.
