We (a table of 7) ate here last night, there are 2 menus one at 19.50 and one at 28.50 euros. The food is very good, beautifully presented and looks like the photos above, we all enjoyed our meal, What let it down for me was that the service was not particularly welcoming. After being seated for 10 mins our... More

Great traditional food in this small restaurant. Very reasonably priced and really friendly helpful staff. The night we were there, a Tuesday, it was very busy so it is probably advisable to book ahead if you want to get a table.

We found this restaurant thru Trip Advisor and almost didnt go b/c the owners of our hotel were recommending other properties. So glad we went! This is a small restaurantt with a very welcoming and comfortable interior in soft, buttery yellows. The chef (also owner?) is a very nice young woman and the hostess was also so nice and accomodating... More

We chose this restaurant based on TA reviews, using the owner web site to reserve our table ( in my far from perfect French). I was pleased we had reserved and the high review rating is well justified. Located in the popular port area. A small restaurant with a great ambiance. Our group chose the more expensive menu ( also... More

A revisit to a restaurant which we found only ok last time (see review July 2011). This time it was a wonderful evening, despite a large boorish english table nearby, laughing loudly at every opportunity. The service was excellent, the two waitresses work so hard and efficiently in such a pleasant manner and the food and atmosphere were faultless. We... More

We went to this restaurant as it was ranked high on Trip Advisor, and did not regret it. The atmosphere is very nice, although slightly packed. The waitresses provide warm welcome and great service. We had perfectly fresh oysters, fresh and nicely cooked fish, with a desert, for 19 euros. Fantastic value for money in touristic spot like Honfleur. The... More

We loved Au Bouillon Normand, so much so we ate there 3 times during our break to Honfleur! The location was perfect, decor was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were a number of menus to choose from and we ate from both the 16 and 24 euro options across the 3 nights. Now for the... More

Great location, very very good atmosphere. It is a small cozy place, not pretencious, comfortable chairs, good tables and cutilery. Clean toilet. Service was excelent. The waitress was pleasant, always smiling. She replaced our water and bread when they were over. Food was also very good. We took a 14.00 euros menu which included entree, main course and a coffee.... More

We were here during scallop season and probably had the best ever here. I just wish there were a few vegetables with the dinner and it would have been perfect
